Stores of BRSM Nafta enjoyed a 30% sales rise with Retail Optimization Cloud

Using ROC enabled BRSM Nafta to get rise in sales with thorough assortment planning, stock-out decrease, driving on-shelf availability and optimization of store premises. Effective sales and assortment management is based on automated replenishment, control of goods availability and ongoing monitoring of sales loss; ROC also generates smart recommendations pointing the product groups and positions with higher sales potential than the chain realized.

“ROC is simple and easy to integrate – this is why we use the service. To start you need Internet and a few hours to master the software interface. Moreover, ROC is delivered as a cloud service and this means you have not to deal with hardware purchase and upfront costs. As a result we increased sales in very short terms”, project manager of BRSM Nafta Viktoria Gavrilova shares ROC installation experience.

Head of Retail Optimization Cloud Tatyana Savushkina comments the project results:  “We started with one product group to adjust tools of stock management and on-shelf availability control to the client. Tested and customized business processes became the basis for expanding replenishment plan in the chain. Active participation and involvement of BRSM Nafta allowed us to complete the project before the scheduled date”.
