Второй год работающая на рынке компания De Novo вызывает много противоречивых мнений. С одной стороны, она вроде олицетворяет сизифов труд своих основателей: имея отличный опыт и квалификацию в сфере IT-услуг, генеральный директор De Novo Максим Агеев и его команда создали компанию, к появлению которой рынок не готов. С другой стороны, является воплощением хобби людей, крепко связавших свою профессиональную жизнь с IT. Бесспорно и то, что De Novo стала одним из наиболее громких стартапов в своей отрасли за последний год. Дело осталось за малым – реализовать ее как бизнес. В этом начинании, помимо упорства, потребуется чудо в виде восстановления экономики страны. Сам основатель De Novo считает, что IT, являясь сервисной отраслью, всегда будет рефлексировать на экономику.

Успешный менеджер должен уметь исполнять различные роли. Эти роли в основном всегда конфликтуют между собой, поэтому не может быть идеального менеджера в одном лице, так как ему необходимо было бы обладать противоположными личными качествами. Чтобы заставить менеджмент работать, нужна взаимодополняемость. Потому и следует говорить не о лидерах, а об управленческих командах. Никто не может быть менеджером в одиночку.
